Our Services

How We Can Help

Every visit combines the right medication, brief psychotherapy, and real conversations.

Comprehensive Psychiatric Care

In-network psychiatric care for adults across Texas. We treat depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, OCD, ADHD, insomnia, trauma, and grief. Care blends the right medication with brief therapy and steady follow-up.

Telehealth Psychiatry Across Texas

We offer telehealth visits across Texas. Patients come from Houston, Austin, Dallas-Fort Worth, San Antonio, Missouri City, and Cypress. Every visit runs on a HIPAA-compliant video platform. The same care as in-person, without the drive.

Medication Management

Medication is often a key tool. Our psychiatric medication management is tailored to your diagnosis, history, and response. We check in with you at every visit. When the time is right, we work to reduce or stop medication.

Adult ADHD Evaluation

Adult ADHD is more than trouble focusing. Our adult ADHD evaluation pairs a careful interview with FDA-cleared cognitive testing. The results give a clearer view than a checklist. ADHD treatment in Texas then follows the plan.

Psychotherapy

Brief supportive therapy is built into every 20-25 minute follow-up visit. As a talk therapy psychiatrist, we use this time to discuss sleep, nutrition, stress, and relationships. For deeper work, we refer to trusted therapists in Sugar Land.

Collaborative Care

Care works better when providers stay coordinated. Alongside our work, we have a Sugar Land referral network of therapists, ADHD coaches, and nutritionists. One clear plan, not a stack of separate visits.

Your Psychiatrist

Meet Dr. Shehram Majid, MD, Board-Certified Psychiatrist Serving Sugar Land and Beyond

Dr. Shehram Majid founded CIP Psychiatry to make high-quality, in-network psychiatric care more accessible, personal, and comprehensive. He is board-certified in Psychiatry by the ABPN and has trained across outpatient, inpatient, emergency, and Veterans Affairs settings. He treats the full range of psychiatric diagnoses, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, OCD, ADHD, trauma, grief, and major life transitions.

Dr. Majid and his team take time to understand the unique challenges each patient faces and create care plans tailored to both immediate relief and long-term healing. While medication is often an important tool, appointments also incorporate brief psychotherapy and real conversations about the everyday things that shape how we feel, including sleep, nutrition, relationships, and stress. When clinically appropriate, the goal is to work toward reducing or discontinuing medication, while supporting steady long-term stability for patients with chronic conditions.

Dr. Majid leads a team of nurse practitioners who see patients under his supervision. He stays actively involved in every patient's care through regular supervision and case review, so the quality and approach stay consistent no matter which member of the team you see.

  • Dr. Majid is outstanding at asking questions, listening, empathizing, and then providing care with recommendations beyond just medication. I've had other psychiatrists and he is far and away the best. One of the best things about his virtual practice is he takes time during the session to explain the specifics of how the treatment plan aligns with our goals and my history. I'd give 6 starts if I could.

  • Center for Integrative Psychiatry and Dr. Majid are by far the best clinic/psychiatrist I have worked with. Dr. Majid listens well, remembers details, takes notes, and clearly has a deep understanding of medicine and psychiatry. He works with me to tailor thoughtful treatments instead of just ‘throwing more medicine’ at his patients. I could not more highly recommend this clinic.

  • Really positive meeting and connection, both are so important when you trust someone with your mental health. He was a superb listener - I’ve been through a long mental health journey, and still struggling with some new challenges - my answers and histories take time and he was genuine and patient, but also felt like a solid partner with me in my mental health journey. I greatly recommend!
