Prescription Refills
The easiest way to request a refill is through your patient portal, or by calling or texting (281) 500-8416. Please allow two business days for refill requests to be reviewed and sent to your pharmacy. Some medications require a follow up visit before a refill can be sent, so book ahead if you are running low. Your care team reviews every request to keep your treatment on track.

For telehealth visits, find a quiet, private space with a stable internet connection and test your camera and microphone ahead of time. We send a secure video link before each visit, so check your email and text messages. Have your pharmacy information and a list of your current medications ready. If you need to reschedule, let us know as early as you can so we can offer the time to someone else.
