Most new patients are seen within one to two weeks.

Your First Visit
What to Expect on Your First Visit
Your first visit runs about 50 minutes. We talk through what brought you in, your history, and what you have tried before. There are no wrong answers and no question is too small. By the end you have a clear plan tailored to both immediate relief and long term stability. That might mean medication, brief supportive therapy woven into your visits, lifestyle steps, a referral, or a mix of all four. Follow up visits run 20 to 25 minutes and include brief supportive therapy alongside medication review.

CIP Psychiatry provides in network psychiatric care for adults across Texas. We treat depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, OCD, ADHD, insomnia, trauma, grief, and more. Care blends the right medication with brief supportive therapy and steady follow up. If you are not sure which kind of care fits, reach out and we will help you figure it out.

We are in network with Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare (Optum), Oscar Health, Medicare, and Ambetter.
Insurance & Pricing
Self-Pay Rates
Self-pay is for patients who are uninsured, or whose insurance plan we do not accept. If you have coverage we are in network with, we bill your insurance directly.
Rates are flat by visit length:
$250 for the 50-minute diagnostic intake,
$200 for the 25-minute follow-up.
We also provide a superbill you can submit for partial reimbursement. Cost should never be the reason you wait to get help. Reach out and we will walk you through your options before you book.
